Our 3-day Tactical Performance Lab is meant to objectively assess officers physical and shooting capabilities, while going further in depth on shooting fundamentals (both static drills and dynamics drills)
This will NOT be a smoke session, but will have job-specific tests to identify weaknesses, and highlight proficiencies. The class will teach officers how to train with purpose, similar to a professional athlete, while focusing on the specific job requirements of a SWAT operator, both shooting and fitness-related.
Day 1 is spent teaching human performance foundations and the practical application of athletic movement needed to perform well on the range and in live situations. Students will get hands-on experience and direct feedback from expert strength coaches. Day 1 also includes testing fitness metrics and their counterparts on the range.
Day 2 (Pistol) and Day 3 (Rifle) are full days of training foundational movements and techniques while progressing through various dynamic shooting drills.

This is a full Human Performance/Strength and Conditioning-focused course, specifically built to teach officers how to train with purpose, similar to a professional athlete, while focusing on the specific job requirements of a SWAT operator.
Day 1 will cover training foundations in the classroom and objectively assess officers physical abilities, as well as covering foundational athletic movement.
Day 2 will dive deeper into applying training principles in movement, lifting, and capacity training.
This is a firearms-only course meant to develop the shooter’s capabilities from their foundation, to advanced drills focusing on movement, and how to progress after the course.
Day 1 will primarily focus on a deeper understanding of shooting, and how to self diagnose and correct errors. We use speed and distance to help shooters find their limits, and then teach them to learn to control that speed with higher levels of accuracy. Lastly, movement will be introduced with shooting on the move and working around barricades.
Day 2 will be solely focused on movement, but stacking the skills from Day 1 allowing for advanced movement drills and more detailed courses of fire. The skills in Day 2 will be directly applicable to a live engagement, and are taught in a progression which will allow the student to enhance their learning after the class. The class will also cover movement mechanics, that are directly related from sprint training, that they can use in their day to day workout regimen.

Day 1 Pistol: The morning will focus on a deeper understanding of shooting, and how to self diagnose and correct errors. We use speed and distance to help shooters find their limits, and then teach them to learn to control that speed with higher levels of accuracy. In the afternoon we will then progress these drills to transition over to movement and stack the skills learned from the morning block, prioritizing shooting only. The progression will be directly applicable to a live engagement, and are taught in a progression which will allow the student to enhance their learning after the class. The class will also cover movement mechanics, that are directly related from sprint training, that they can use in their day to day workout regimen.

Differentiation from the 2-Day Rifle and 2-Day Pistol is that the self diagnostics and the movement will both be a little less in depth. We will not be able reinforce some of the skills in self diagnostic as much, in the class as much as the 2 day, but the information will be presented. Movement will still be covered to a deeper level, and Day 2 will bring in courses of fire with both weapon systems.
